REQUEST GUIDE

This is the Fanverse app account deletion guide. Follow these steps to request the deletion of your account and understand what data gets removed or retained.

1 - Requesting Account Deletion

  • Open Fanverse: Launch the app on your device and log into existing account.

  • Navigate to Settings: Tap on "Dashboard" from menu (top left).

  • Then on the new menu, tap "Settings". To delete your current profile: Scroll down and tap "Delete profile" and then follow instructions to delete profile.

  • To delete the whole account: Scroll down and tap "Delete account". On the new page, scroll down and tap "Request account deletion".

2 - Data Deletion

Upon account deletion the following data will be removed:

  • Personal Information: Any information provided or granted access to during account creation or through general use of the app. This includes name, email address, location, date of birth, gender, mobile number, postcode, payment details and addresses, username, password.


  • Logs / Usage Data: Information related to your app usage, preferences and activity logs.

3 - Data Retention

Upon account deletion no information regarding the user and their activity is retained on our system.
